Working Feedback Helps Dentaid Reach 2,000 Patient Reviews Milestone
Working Feedback is celebrating a significant milestone with Dentaid The Dental Charity after helping the organisation collect more than 2,000 patient reviews from people accessing dental care through its mobile dental units across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
The achievement highlights the growing role of patient feedback in measuring service quality, understanding patient experiences, and supporting continuous improvement across healthcare services.
Since partnering with Working Feedback in March 2024, Dentaid has used the platform to gather real-time feedback from patients following their appointments. Feedback requests are sent via text message or email, enabling patients to easily share their experiences while providing valuable insights for Dentaid's clinical and operational teams.
The collaboration forms part of Dentaid's wider initiative with NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight to improve access to dental care for underserved communities, including people experiencing homelessness, families facing financial hardship, looked-after children, and others who may struggle to access traditional dental services.
The feedback collected through Working Feedback has painted an overwhelmingly positive picture of patient experiences, with an average satisfaction rate of 99%. Patients frequently praise the professionalism, kindness and reassurance provided by Dentaid's teams.
To recognise the milestone, Working Feedback Director and co-founder Philip Molden presented a commemorative certificate to Dentaid CEO Andy Evans and UK Clinics Manager Sarah Hutchins at the British Dental Conference and Dentistry Show in Birmingham.
Philip Molden, Director and co-owner of Working Feedback, said "Reaching 2,000 patient reviews is a fantastic milestone and highlights the value of patient feedback in healthcare. We're proud to support Dentaid in capturing insights that help demonstrate impact and improve services."
Andy Evans, CEO of Dentaid The Dental Charity, added "Patient feedback is incredibly important to us and helps us understand the difference our services make.Working Feedback has made collecting and reviewing feedback simple, giving us valuable insight into our patients' experiences."
The milestone reflects Working Feedback's ongoing commitment to helping healthcare organisations collect, analyse and act on patient feedback, enabling them to improve services while demonstrating quality, accountability and patient-centred care.
