Sarah joins Working Feedback with extensive experience as a marketing specialist across a range of sectors, including social care, community wellbeing, technology, software and financial services. Most recently, she worked with Age Concern Hampshire as part of the operational leadership team, where she developed and implemented marketing strategies, led cross-functional initiatives, and delivered campaigns that increased community engagement, raised awareness of services, and supported organisational growth.
In her new role, Sarah will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at increasing awareness of Working Feedback’s services, strengthening its brand presence and supporting customer engagement across key markets. Through its innovative feedback platform, Working Feedback enables organisations to collect real-time insights, measure customer satisfaction and turn feedback into meaningful actions that drive service improvement and business growth.
